Project on a Bus receives further funding

We are thrilled to announce that Project on a Bus have received further funding from The Royal Docks 

The Royal Docks Team, a joint initiative from the Mayor of London and the Mayor of Newham, is a multi-disciplinary team that brings together officers from across the Greater London Authority, the London Borough of Newham and the London Economic Action Partnership.

They are continuing to bring together some of the most exciting arts projects for communities and young practitioners in London. We are so excited to be partnering with The Royal Docks team and to receive their continuous support.

Applications Now Open

Deadline February 14th, 2022

We are inviting applications from actors and performance makers to take part in our second Mentorship Programme.

This support and mentorship programme runs on Mondays (actors) and Saturdays (performance makers)

starting on 28th February and cummulating at the

We’re Not Quite There Yet Festival on 28-30th May 2022.

Actors will audition to be part of the Monday ensemble, where they will work towards an original authentic story around transformation. Performance makers will submit and develop proposals of original performance work about healing, self-care and the human condition of seeking to connect to others. They will receive studio space at The University of East London and various professional development focused studio and online workshops to develop their practice.

Who is eligible to apply:

Artists and Performance makers (18 and above) living, working, based or studying in Newham and Performing Arts, Drama, Dance and Music graduates/students from the University of East London.
